This is the best way so that the waterlily is not damaged by a heavy pot which also adds to the weight of shipping/ Plant the Rhisome on arrival in a clay mixture with a bit of kraal or chicken manure. Place pebbles on top of the soil to weigh it down and stop Koi from getting to the roots. These plants do enjoy and flower better in full light!
