Refund policy
Damaged Plants:
If plants arrive damaged due to freezing, overheating or poor packing, please notify us immediately by phone or email. Please do not refuse or return any shipment without notifying us first. There are no refunds on plants as they are perishable items, however we will gladly replace your plants.
Please return damaged plants to us for verification, using as much of the original packing materials as possible. Once we receive your plants, we will ship replacements. Return shipping is your expense; we pay shipping on the replacement plant(s)
In the case of dead plants, please send us a photo or photos, as we may need these as proof when filing claims with the carrier.
Cancellation of order:
Should you wish to cancel all or part of your order, please send an e-mail to info@exoticflora.co.za with your request. Please note we will not be able to cancel an order it has already been dispatched. All cancellations will be refunded less 5% to cover administration costs.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the plants you received, you may return these for a full refund (value of the products less 5% to cover administration costs). We need to be notified within 7 days and plants must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order in an undamaged condition.
